Sally Frey is a chef, educator, wine expert, world-traveler and chocolatier. Classically trained at Le Cordon Bleu in Paris, she pairs her eclectic talents, knowledge of food-systems, sustainability practices and inate creativity to craft chocolate that is as deliberate as it is delicious.
The packaging, a flexible system of colored papers, ribbon, and template labels allows for small runs and experimental batches that can be wildly individualistic while still sitting square within the brand system. This expression of beauty through diversity is central to SK Frey.
